I have for sale a spare set M5 side view mirrors complete with the master window switch and control module from an M5 I parting out. The door handle is factory painted OEM Schwarz II (jet black). The paint is in good condition with no oxidation or clear coat peeling. There are some small scratches and rock chips typically caused from normal wear and rear. The fold up feature of the mirrors work perfect and so does all the adjustability of the glass. I'm clearing my garage with spare parts that I do not need anymore. Please take a look at my other items for more upgrades for the E39 M5.

McLaren Automotive First Anniversary: 1,000 McLaren MP4-12C sold and counting

McLaren Automotive is a year old and is celebrating selling over 1,000 McLaren MP4-12Cs in the first twelve months. It’s actually a bit more than  three years since Ron Dennis announced the formation of McLaren Automotive, which had a live launch on Cars UK on 18th March 2010. But McLaren don’t seem to acknowledge that date as the start of McLaren Automotive but instead prefer the date the first MP4-12C was sold – exactly one year ago today on June 21st 2011.

Cadillac, Lexus score high in satisfaction survey

Cadillac buyers are the most satisfied with their choice of vehicle brand, owners of the Cadillac Escalade are the happiest among truck buyers, and buyers of the Lexus LS sedan are the happiest car owners, according to the latest satisfaction survey from consulting firm AutoPacific. Also, a growing number of Hyundai buyers are satisfied with their choice, making the Korean brand the fastest-rising in AutoPacific's Vehicle Satisfaction Awards rankings. The rankings are based on responses to surveys sent to 25,000 new-vehicle buyers three months after they take delivery.

BAIC are planning to produce the old Saab 9-5 in China It would seem that there is a use for it – not just scrap value. BAIC (Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation), which recently acquired a small stake in Saab and where there are high hopes of some good Saab sales in China, wants to buy up the old 9-5 tooling. And move it lock, stock and barrel to Beijing.
