BMW E60 5 SERIES LED SPORT MODE UNLOCK BUTTON

this is a cable i make, that allows you to unlock the hidden sport feature on the e60 5 series BMW. by popular request, i started selling these cables after a large amount of feedback from my Youtube video showing the installation of this cable. this cable has been installed on many pre-lci 04-07 BMW e60 with very good feedback from those who purchased from me. Im not sure on the effect on LCI e60s (years 2008 and newer, installation location is different on these years). this is another version of the sport button i make that lights up orange when turned on to match the color of the amber lights in the e60 BMW. the led ring lights up when the sport mode is turned on and light stays off when the sport mode is turned off, the cable is made long enough to be mounted near the shifter like in the photos (if you want a custom length cable, please message me for price difference). please watch the youtube video below for full install, my youtube user name is roskinc where i have more installation videos. results may vary, so i cannot guarantee you will get the same results as i did in my video. i do offer a lower priced cable if you want to test out the effects of sport modes on your car if you are unsure, an cheaper option to test out before going the route of this button. so please keep that in mind before purchasing. this cable is not guaranteed to show same results..but as you can see from the YouTube comments and my ebay feedback, many have been happy with their cable.

this cable is 100% plug and play, will require no coding. i have a Youtube video up showing full details on how to install. SPORT mode will show up in cluster.

please feel free to message me with any questions

Fri, 14 Mar 2014

In 1954 Virgil Exner, director of styling at Chrysler, created a scale clay-model to communicate to his team his vision of futuristic and aerodynamic shapes. The sculpture was then painted black and was left on display in Exner's Office. There it caught the eye of Luigi Segre, director of Ghia who expressed his intentions to create a car inspired by the forms of the model.

Happy New Year – a look back at 2009

Fri, 01 Jan 2010

Happy New Year from all at Cars UK It would be easy to do what every car site seems to be doing and either look back at the favourite new cars of 2009 – or the last decade as we move on to 2010 – or look forward to what 2010 will bring. But we decided to indulge ourselves a little and look back at what 2009 meant for Cars UK. Cars UK came to life on the interweb at the very end of 2008.
