Warranty coverage for most new parts is 6 months or 2 years/unlimited mileage.  Many used parts are guaranteed for 30 days from receipt if they are installed by an approved BIMRS.org shop, please contact us for shops in your area.  We do not warrant electrical parts.  Most used parts are covered for the sale value of the part.  The part must be returned to us for inspection and we will issue a exchange, credit or refund.  Warranties are subject to the part being installed to factory specification and operated under Original Equipment constraints.

Returns are accepted on most items for any reason, as long as we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the item and the item is received back by us within 10 days of the date that you notify us of return.  The item must be received by us in the same condition as it was shipped.  Returns for credit or refund are subject to a 25% restock fee on the item, shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  We do not take returns on electrical parts.
