Wraps come off revised Touareg

VOLKSWAGEN has announced prices and specifications for its revised Touareg, ahead of the SUV hitting the showrooms in November. GM to invest $2 billion in 17 plants

General Motors said Tuesday that it will invest about $2 billion in 17 plants across eight states in the United States.
