X-pipes will not only increase the amount of power that your vehicle produces,
but also give your muscle, sports, or luxury car a more aggressive sound.
Crossover pipes let your exhaust gasses flow through the path of least resistance,
balancing the pulses between engine banks—and achieving best performance gains
in the higher rpm range. These X-pipes are built from lightweight,
aircraft-grade T-304 stainless steel, and are available in various
configurations and tubing diameters. They're a perfect complement to Borla's
cat-back and header systems. To be used in conjunction with either part #140135,
p#140209, or p#140382 only. Does not fit with long-tube header p# 17242. If
you're looking for an x-pipe to work with your p# 17242, use Borla p# 60510.
This X-pipe will fit all '05-'10 Mustang GT's with
or without hangers. Ford used hangers in their system on the '05-'07 models but
decided they were not necessary after that. This X-pipe comes with hangers so
it can be used on early and late models.

Tue, 18 Feb 2014The second-generation BMW X1, expected here in early 2016, is smaller and lighter than the existing first-generation model. The new X1 loses optional six-cylinder power; a new high-output four-cylinder replaces it. A high-ranking BMW manager confirmed the new X1 abandons today's longitudinal engine layout for a version of the new transverse-engine platform the 2-series Active Tourer uses.
