Bottom Line Traction’s TRAIL SERIES carbide wearbars feature the world famous AGGRESSOR 75 degree controlling carbide.  The AGGRESSOR carbide gives you longer wear than any other carbide wearbar on the market. The cross section of the AGGRESSOR carbide insert is larger than other commonly used carbide inserts on the market.  More carbide equals longer wear.  In addition, the TRAIL SERIES host bar is 7/16” high carbon steel with a flat top to prevent “bar roll” when cornering.  This feature keeps the carbide square to the ground for the best traction and safety.  To extend the wear factor of this bar, we have placed hardweld filler in front and behind the controlling carbide.  The result is the AGGRESSOR 75 degree carbide stays sharper longer giving you more control and longer wear.  This is simply the best TRAIL SERIES wearbar on the market.

Lamborghini LP560-4 Superleggera coming?

Fri, 18 Sep 2009

What appears to be a Lamborhgini LP560-4 Superleggera out testing But if the photo above is anything to go by it looks as if Lamborghini is planning a Superleggera version of the LP560-4 sooner rather than later. Which would work out pretty well for Lamborghini as they have rashly declared that they will deliver a new car at every road show, and with the replacement for the Murcielago cars – LP640/LP650-4/LP670-4 – still some way off, this could be a  good solution. They’ve run out of new cars for shows after revealing the Lamborghini Reventon Roadster this week at Frankfurt, so they need to get a bit of a hustle on before the next major show if they’re going to keep their promise.

Is the McLaren P1 order book about to close?

Mon, 28 Jan 2013

We’re hearing that McLaren is ready to close the order book for their P1 supercar before the specification – or the car – have been fully revealed. We’ve had the reveal of the P1 Concept – and seen it floating round the world as McLaren drum up potential customers with enormous bottomless pockets – and we’ve even seen the P1 on the move as McLaren shake down the development version of the P1. But so far we haven’t had the full specs of the P1 revealed and, as far as we can tell, McLaren hasn’t even divulged the full details of the P1′s power and performance to potential customers – no matter how wealthy they are.
