With over seven million secondhand cars purchased in 2012, you’d expect one or two to develop a problem soon after purchase. But rather shockingly, as many as half of all used cars sold develop faults within a month of changing hands. That’s according to a report by the Citizens Advice Bureau, which helped with over 84,000 problems with secondhand motors in the past 12 months.

Lamborghni Unica teased ahead of Geneva 2012
Lamborghini has released a teaser video for next week’s Geneva Motor Show promising a brand new uncompromising super sports car -Lamborghini Unica
It looks like the Lamborghini Unica – if that is the name Lamborghini has chosen for their new uncompromising super sports car – is designed to steal some of the thunder from the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta in Switzerland next week. But what is it? We know it’s not the Lamborghini MLC SUV, because that’s not scheduled to be revealed until the Beijing Motor Show in April.

The BMW 5 Series Hybrid
As we reported in December, with a couple of days to go to the Geneva Motor Show BMW have revealed that the new BMW 5 Series (2010) will have a Hybrid added to its ranks. Actually, they haven’t said that – the 5 Series Hybrid Concept they’re taking to Geneva is labelled a Concept – but we all know it’s what they mean. The 5 Series Hybrid will join the X6 Hybrid and the 7 Series Hybrid when it goes on sale, probably in 2011.
