You are bidding on a BRAND NEW Booket that celebrates the 2004 Commemorative Edition of the Chevrolet Corvette. This booklet is in a shiny navy blue folder with the Corvette Insignia on the front. A CD is also included in this folder. The entire envelope was sealed in plastic but I had to open it to take the photos. Some of the pages were actually stuck together! The booklet has twenty pages with color photos and color choices. Some pages fold out to list specs, etc. Inside the front cover it is noted that all claims in the catalog are based on 2003 GM High Sport segment and latest available competitive information. This would be a great gift for any Corvette lover!

General Motors cancels plans for Buick compact crossover

General Motors has canceled plans for a compact crossover for Buick, vice chairman Tom Stephens said Wednesday in a posting on the company's blog. The five-passenger crossover was just announced earlier this month at an event in Northern Michigan. But GM reversed plans after negative feedback about the vehicle said that it didn't fit the premium characteristics associated with the brand.

MA students from UK's Coventry University Automotive Design course presented their annual MA degree exhibition earlier this month. The Show, entitled 'Icons', which this year revolved around the central theme of designing tomorrows automotive 'Icons', displayed the students' work at Coventry's Transport Museum. Patrick le Quement, Renault's senior vice president of Corporate Design presented the Corus Award for 'Best Vehicle Design', which was awarded to Dev O'Nion who won for his design concept 'Apto Sapor.' O'Nion's project - an interior design concept - was inspired by organic themes in nature - what he called 'Natural Design' - to create a harmonious interior; a blend of the natural, biological and technical.

McLaren P1 will smash Nurburgring & Top Gear lap records

Ron Dennis has said that the new McLaren P1 will smash lap records at the Nurburgring and at the Top Gear track at Dunsfold. But that’s as much about the run-up to Geneva as the Motor Show itself as Ferrari had managed to keep LaFerrari under warps until just a few hours before it debuted. So interest and excitement were high and LaFerrari did little to disappoint.
