Disclaimer

Please keep in mind we are not responsible for improper fit, and we will not provide refunds for this reason. Any fitment information you see on a listing was most likely pulled from the manufacturer catalog, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of this info. The year/make/model info included on listings is intended for reference purposes ONLY. If you would like to know for sure if any OEM part we carry fits your vehicle, please don't hesitate to contact us. Just provide us with your full VIN (via email or by the phone number listed below and in our member profile), and we will check the parts catalog to verify exact fit. We cannot guarantee fit for any aftermarket part. We can only tell you what the manufacturer claims to support.

Prices and availability are subject to change at any time. While we strive to maintain an accurate inventory of products, our inventory levels change on a daily basis, which may result in outages of certain products. If a product becomes out of stock, we will contact you with any options you have to proceed. Most of our eBay store products have been discontinued or are no longer stocked, so you will typically just receive a full refund of the entire purchase amount. If we should run out of stock on an item we normally reorder, you will be given the option to wait for the product to arrive on order, or (if applicable), to backorder the product. Of course, if the item has not yet shipped, you may also elect to receive the refund.

Shipping Info

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. We have a daily pickup service, so most parts can be shipped within one business day. Some parts with a one business day handling time may be shipped the same day, if ordered early enough (before about 2:30 PM).  However, we still cannot guarantee any shipping times on these orders,  and situation. We are not responsible for brokerage fees you are charged.

We cannot be held responsible for any damages to the product which occurred during shipping. The big shipping companies are notorious for improperly handling packages. We pack any items that can be damaged by movement or excess pressure as well as we can, but still cannot guarantee their safety. If you receive a damaged item and provide detailed photos of the item, with shipping materials, we will submit a claim via UPS to recover any losses. Should the claim be accepted and paid, we will gladly refund your purchase price.

We DO NOT ship internationally.

Local pickup is available on most of our items, but you MUST call and confirm BEFORE you bid.

Refund Policy

Due to many customers requesting to return items, we have decided refunds will ONLY be issued if incorrect listing info was provided, including incorrect name/model/info, but NOT including approximate fitment info. This should be verified by contacting us or your local dealership. Typographical errors not affecting the integrity of the listing shall not be enough to warrant a return.

Contact Us

Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to contact us via email or phone. Business hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Due to the high volume of electronic and telephone requests, please allow up to 2 business days to receive a response by email or phone (usually much less). You can call the dealership directly at +1 (561) 683-3200 should you have any questions or if you want to verify fitment in our catalogs (just ask for the appropriate parts department).
