 Here we have a new old stock set of standard piston rings for a 1968 to 1980 Buick with a 350 cu. in. engine and 1980 to 1989 Buick with the 307 cu. in. engines. These will also fit a 1975 to 1980 Pontiac with a 350 cu. in. and a 1986 to 1989 Pontiac with a 307 cu. in. engine. These will also fit a 1975, 1976 Oldsmobile with a 350 cu. in. and 1980 to 1989 Oldsmobile with the 307 cu. in. engine. These will also fit a 1968 to 1970 A.M.C. with a 350 cu. in. engine. These are 3.8" in diameter with 16-5/64" compression rings and 8-3/16" oil rings. After showing sketches last week, it has unveiled an in-the-metal version of the 496bhp machine to VW devotees at the annual GTI-fest at Worthersee, Austria. It hasn’t – this is VW’s virtual competitor in Sony’s Gran Turismo 6, joining the likes of the Toyota FT-1, shown at the Detroit motor show, and the BMW Vision Gran Turismo.

Lexus has released a second teaser shot of its new concept car, set to be unveiled at next month’s Detroit auto show. This glimpse inside the Lexus sports car reveals an elegant cabin; we assume the photograph has been cropped to show just one front seat and it is in fact a two-seater. All will be revealed at the NAIAS in January 2012.
