This auction is for one C&L Performance 76mm Mass Airflow Meter Housing. It is designed to fit 89 - 93 Ford Mustangs with 5.0L V8 engines, but will also fit 86 - 88 Mustangs if they are converted over to a mass air computer. This meter can also be used on other Ford vehicles as well, but may require either custom tuning or a different sample tube. The auction includes one 76mm Mass Airflow Housing, 19# calibration tube. You install your factory Ford Mass Air Meter electronics into this housing.

Owners of fox body Mustangs may see a noticeable improvement in performance on both stock and modified 5.0 Mustang vehicles. The factory 55mm unit on these vehicles flows 550 cfm and is actually 5mm smaller than the stock throttle body. The C&L 76mm unit flows nearly 800 cfm, and is a direct fit replacement for the factory 55mm unit.

Dyno testing by C&L, their distributors, and the major magazines have shown that by replacing the stock unit with a C&L 76mm, you can gain as much as 11 additional rear wheel horsepower. The difference in performance on a stock engine is not primarily due to the increase in airflow, but rather through a slightly more refined calibration

AFP | Getty Images Drivers will be able to add Apple’s CarPlay iPhone connectivity to their existing car stereo, meaning it won’t be exclusive to the cars already revealed with the system at this year’s Geneva Motor Show. The radio manufacturers Pioneer and Alpine have both already said they’re working with Apple to introduce the CarPlay software to their existing and new car stereo head units. Apple CarPlay lets you text on the move CarPlay allows you to pair a compatible iPhone (so the iPhone 5, 5S or 5C) with your car infotainment system, controlling the voice, touchscreen and buttons through the car’s in-built screen.
