For sale, a 1953 Cadillac front grill and bumper ensemble, complete except for top bar under front edge of hood.  Mounting brackets included.  This is the original part from a car in my collection that I replaced with a rechromed set. 

The ensemble has surface corrosion on the back side, and the original chrome is scratched and dull, but it is absolutely 100 % solid.  Please review the pictures.

I will have this item for sale at my space in the Hershey, PA flea Market October 5 - 8, 2016.  A minimum 50% PayPal deposit will hold it for you to pick up there, or pick it up at my residence near Media, PA USA, about 1-1/2 hours from Hershey.

AAA unveils battery-charging trucks for stranded EVs

The American Automobile Association has unveiled an example of its new roadside-assistance truck, which is capable of recharging batteries for stranded drivers of electric vehicles. AAA first announced the plan in June, and the first truck was shown on Monday at the Plug-In 2011 electric-vehicle conference in Raleigh, N.C. It uses Green Charge Networks technology and has a removable lithium-ion battery pack that allows for mobile charging.

The Sports and Classics of Monterey auction is in full swing, and a collection of classic woodies netted $7 million Thursday. The Nick Alexander Woodie Collection featured 51 pristine pre- and postwar Ford and Mercury wood-bodied station wagons. The event was staged by RM Auctions in advance of the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

GM recalls 413,418 Chevrolet Cruze models to modify engine shield, prevent fires

General Motors is recalling all Chevrolet Cruzes sold in the United States for a fix aimed at preventing engine-compartment fires. GM said the recall covers 413,418 Cruzes, or all of the cars sold in the United States since the model's launch in September 2010 through May. The automaker said the recall is to modify an engine shield under the vehicle to prevent liquids from being trapped in the engine compartment, where a fire could start.
