For aggressive trail riders, theres nothing better than running flat out against the redline down a sinuous trail; high-performance trail tracks allow you to make the most of the experience. Offer superb penetration for sustained traction, optimal profile for excellent handling and unrivaled braking capabilities. Sizes are offered to fit nearly all current makes and models. Choose from five profiles, including the groundbreaking Rip Saw track, and lug heights ranging from 1in. to 1.25in. NOTE: Not all tracks can be installed on all sleds without modification. To determine if an optional track is compatible with a particular snowmobile, you must check the bulkhead, tunnel, heat exchanger, and suspension wheel positioning for proper clearance. It is your responsibility to verify that there is adequate clearance for an optional track. Camoplast will not be held liable for accidents or injuries resulting from the use of their tracks.     Saab plans to restart production on Aug. 9

    Saab owner Swedish Automobile NV said Thursday that the struggling automaker aims to restart production at its Trollhaetten plant in Sweden on Aug. 9. The news follows the Swedish government's approval of Swedish Automobile's request to sell part of Saab's property unit to a consortium of Swedish real estate investors, the company said in a release.

    The new 2012 Saab 9-3 is set to be the first Saab powered by BMW By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 29 September 2010 07:43 Minnow Saab has struck a deal with BMW, one of the world's largest premium car makers, to supply powertrains for future models, including the next 9-3 and proposed 9-1 supermini. Munich will provide Saab with four-cylinder petrol 1.6 turbo engines from 2012 and the full suite of Efficient Dynamics tech will be included. The deal is being signed today by Ian Robertson, marketing board member of BMW AG, and the CEO of Saab Automobile, Jan Åke Jonsson, in Trollhättan.How can Saab afford to buy BMW engines?No financial or volume details have been announced yet.

    It's the Hyundai i40 Saloon for Europe As we reported last week – after Hyundai had, rather pointlessly, teased us with an image – the European version of the Hyundai i40 saloon is about to launch at the Barcelona Motor Show. So we have details, although much of what we have is what we already know from the Hyundai i40 Estate. What we do know is that the European  i40 – whatever guise it comes in – seems a fine car and a real threat to the sector domination by the Ford Mondeo and VW Passat.
