Primary Flight Instruments
Dust Plugs Kit
Provides Protection • Maintains Value • Improves Resale

Sellers too often post photos of dirty instruments with open ports and fittings. It's no surprise they receive such low bids.

Dust Plugs protect threaded ports from damage and maintain the value of primary flight instruments. They provide an easy method of keeping moisture, dirt and other contaminants out of instruments in storage or when parted-out for resale.

eBay sellers get higher prices for clean instruments
with Dust Plugs in place!

This kit contains 12 Dust Plugs in the sizes required to protect one set of six primary flight instruments. Included are six black Caplugs TPN-1 1/8" NPT for pitot, static and gage ports, and six red Caplugs P-28 1/4" NPT for gyro inlet and vacuum ports. One kit protects an airspeed indicator, altimeter, turn and bank indicator, vertical speed indicator, artificial horizon and directional gyro.

Industry standard Caplugs are square-head, tapered thread, and made of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene). Caplugs are used by aircraft instrument repair and overhaul services worldwide.

BARONS ENDS YEAR ON HIGH

Thu, 10 Oct 2013

AUCTION HOUSE Barons has celebrated a successful classic car auction with 44 successful sales and a 1959 Aston Martin DB MKIII DHC making £175,000. The classic Aston had belonged to the same family since it was three-months-old and was joined by another DB MKIII example, a rolling restoration project that fetched £70,000. Another notable sale was a "time-warp" 1970 Ford Escort Delux MkI, which had covered just 2,600 miles in 40 years.

Porsche 911 (2011) the leaked images of the 991

Thu, 18 Aug 2011

This is the new Porsche 911, and these images have been leaked ahead of the car’s official debut at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show in September. This Porsche 911 actually looks a little different to the current rear-engined icon… Codenamed 991, the new 911 is all-new, and while the silhouette is instantly recognisable (and we’d swear those doors are identical) the bow and stern are obviously altered. It’s the rear that’s changed the most, with ultra-slim LED lights and a much wider but more neatly integrated pop-up rear spoiler.

Top Gear tonight: The Sweeney, Corsa VXR Nurburgring, Fiat Panda & Ryan Reynolds SIARPC

Sun, 12 Feb 2012

Hammond directs Ray Winstone's car chase in The Sweeney Top Gear Series 18 Episode 3 with The Sweeney car chase, the Vauxhall Corsa VXR Nurburgring, 2012 Fiat Panda and Ryan Reynolds is SIARPC. We’re already nearly halfway through Series 18 of Top Gear, with episode 3 on tonight. And so far, so good; the daftness is still there, but a lot less puerile than other recent Top Gear stuff, and some properly good car stuff too.
