If item is defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 3 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ). Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
