Dye Transfer is always NOTICEABLE and usually CANNOT be removed unless you contact a leather professional.

We provide and require signature confirmation on any auction when the winning bid is in excess of $250 as required by PayPal. All packages are covered against loss and damage. Please note: Due to the size and handle style of the handbags we sell, it is sometimes necessary to use a LARGE BOX when shipping. A large box may also be required if you win multiple handbag auctions. All auctions will be wrapped with loving care to protect them during transit. We combine shipping. The cost of combined shipping depends on weight, location of buyer and size of box. Large orders will require UPS shipping. If you purchase multiple auctions please wait to be invoiced before paying. We ship International using USPS International Priority Only. Combined shipping is only offered on smaller items when shipping International. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED ON YOUR PAYPAL/EBAY SHIP TO ADDRESS-NO EXCEPTIONS. We are required by PayPal to prove delivery to this address only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will ship Worldwide. We ship as soon as your payment is received. Please remember your item must go through customs which can delay receiving your item in a timely manner. We can only combine shipping on smaller items when shipping International. Any item valued over $250 or multiple purchase over $250 will be shipped UPS Expedited. We will not mark your item as a gift or pay any custom fees. Any and all extra fees incurred for international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

ALL RETURNS MUST GO THROUGH THE EBAY RETURN PROCESS. You must return your item(s) 14 days after delivery confirmation of receipt in the same condition sent.  No exceptions.  We do not refund Shipping.  Return Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Any item returned is subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the item was not as described.  All Handbags must be returned with item ID tags attached.

The return process

If you'd like to return an item you bought on eBay, you can use the return process for some items:

To start a return, find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.

Select the reason for the return. You'll see your anticipated refund amount.

Print a return shipping label and packing slip. 

Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, affix the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller within 5 business days* of starting the return. You can drop the package off at the post office or schedule a pickup with the US Postal Service.

You can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. (Find the returned item and click View return details from the More actions drop-down menu.) The seller will issue your refund within 5 business days after receiving the item.

Things to keep in mind:

You need to follow all return time frames. Start a return by the time specified in the Return policy section of the listing and ship the item back within 5 business days after starting the return.

Make sure that you're returning an item in the same condition as you received it. See the item condition policy for returns for more information.

The return process can't accommodate partial refunds or exchanges.

It may be in perfect condition, or it may have scratches, nicks, marks, or soil. We try to explain to the best of our ability any problems we see. We are human, and things can be missed. When bags are Used it is impossible to describe every characteristic detailing the use of the bag. We list the major flaws noted. Customer Returns are bags that have been purchased and returned by the customer. Trade In bags are bags we have purchased back from our customers. These bags are always USED. We are not affiliated or endorsed by any of the manufactures we sell.

MEASUREMENTS- Please note, measurements are listed as approximate. We try and use the manufactures measurements if available. If they are not available to us measurements are taken by the listing agent. Measurements are listed as Approximate. Please understand your personal measurements may VERY SLIGHTLY depending on exactly where you measure the bag compared to where we measure. If the measurements very slightly this does not represent gross misrepresentation of the item. This is why we list measurements as approximate.

WHITE HANDBAGS- Please understand when purchasing a White Handbag if a soil mark or dye transfer is listed in the auction condition notes we as well post photos of what to expect. We use natural lighting and do not alter the photos. White handbag generally photograph lighter so dye marks and or soil marks are always darker then they appear in photo. Please ask questions, review photos and bid accordingly using the item description along with photos to understand exactly what you will be receiving. You can always enlarge our photos to Extra Large for a larger photograph. If a bag is listed with dye marks or soil marks, it is noticeable and can be seen on the bag.

We do not inflate the price of our merchandise to cover the price of shipping. Most of our auctions are in true auction format and start at a very low bid and go for fair/current market value.
