1999-2005 Harley Dyna Polished Stainless Bolt Set

This is our new and improved 99-05 Harley Dyna Engine and Trans Kit. We now include more fasteners. We remove the lettering and polish the bolts by hand on buffing equipment. The polished washers in the kit are custom made for us to our specs. Extra thick with smaller center holes for a better fit. Not all of the fasteners we include in the kit are in the picture above.

The knurl on the bolts has not been polished off. We have show polished Allen bolt kits with the knurls removed listed in our Ebay Store.

Let us know the year and model Dyna you have at the time of purchasing. We want ensure the proper items are sent with the kit.

We also offer our Show Polishing. We remove all stamps and marks and polish the heads to a mirror finish. The bolts have the appearance of Chrome without the headaches. This service is extra on the price of the kits. Let us know if you want this service at the time of ordering and we can price this for you.

This kit consists of the following individually packaged and labeled component kits:

Cam Cover, Timing Cover, Coil Cover, Lifter Blocks, Electrical Box, Rocker Boxes, Primary Cover, Inner Primary Cover, Trans Top, Trans Side Cover, Trans Side Door, Oil Hose Cover, Derby Cover, Oil Filter Mount, Crank Position Sensor, Speed Sensor, and Primary Inspection Cover.

This kit fits the 1999-2005 Harley Dyna Models. If you have a special edition with the hydraulic clutch, please let us know with your payment and we will include the correct bolts.
