· If your item is damaged or defective, within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it for a new item. New item will be shipped upon receipt of damaged merchandise by the seller. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on damaged unit; LoudHornGuy will pay for shipping of the new item.

Exchanges:
