Oversized packages, special-order products, shipments to outside the contiguous continental US (Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada, Military Bases or other countries) may cost additional. Delivery Orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 2-3 business days. All packages bound for destinations within the 48 US continental States are shipped via Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS unless otherwise noted. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and Military Bases are normally shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Some items may be "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Most drop-shipments are sent via Ground UPS and generally arrive within 5-7 business days. To speed delivery of your order and ensure safe delivery, we may ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total cost of your order. So, you will only pay one shipping charge. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you of your Tracking Number via e-mail. Tracking numbers may not provided when products are being drop-shipped directly by a manufacturer or when shipment id by USPS First Class or shipped overseas by USPS. Out of Stock or Back-Order Merchandise Although most orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days, occasionally an item is either back-ordered or no longer available. In these instances, you will be contacted via e-mail within three business days from the time you place your order. If an item is back-ordered you will have the option to either cancel the back-ordered product or have it shipped to you when available without incurring any additional shipping charges. Refunds & Returns All of my items are sold as is. However, I do my best to serve each and every customer. Returns are only accepted if the item shipped is not materially what has been described.  If for some reason you are not happy with it, please contact me within 7 days after you receive the item.
