-         Black Excel Takasago rims

-         Front rim size 17x1.4

-         Rear rim size 14x1.6

     Rim bands front and rear

-         Wheels are fully assembled, laced and trued, and will include all the bearings, seals and spacers already fitted.

-         Talon hubs are manufactured in England and come with a full one year warranty. Talon has been making world class hubs since the mid 80's and have become known for their strength and durability.

-         Excel has won more world championships than all other manufacturers combined. The Takasago rims have been the benchmark for all other rim companies for decades, these are still our best selling rims by far.

Payments & Postage:

-         Most items within 3-5 business days after receiving payment special order parts my take a few days extra, please verify before ordering.

-         We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

-         We only ship to the billing address on the credit card or PayPal account

-         A physical street address and phone number is needed to order, we do not ship to a PO Box.

-         If your PayPal address is ‘unverifiable’ we may not be able to accept your payment in which case we will require a money transfer (this is normally for international orders in unverified countries)

-         We use UPS, DHL, FED EX and USPS to ship our packages depending on your location.

Postage Rates:

Sales Tax:

-         If orders are placed in California 8.00% sales tax will be charged.

International Orders:

-         Please allow 2-3 weeks of transit time once we have shipped your product internationally. Parts normally arrive within 3-4 days in your country but may take up to 2 weeks in customs. If you need your parts expedited please ask us for a quote on DHL service to your country and we will give you a quote.

Excise and Customs:

-         Customs and duty fees are the customers responsibility. We have no control over these fees, please contact your local customs office before ordering the item if you are uncertain.

Returns & Refunds:

-         Once wheels have had tires mounted we cannot issue a refund.

-         We warranty our wheels against any manufacturing flaws.

-         Due to the nature of the sport spokes and rims are not warrantied (this is why we use name brand parts like Excel/DID)

-         Negligence such as loose sprocket bolts or ungreased wheel bearings will not be covered.

-         Buyer pays freight on all returns or refunds.
