Warranty Returns & Refunds

* Standard Warranty: Includes a Standard warranty as stated in the description from the date of purchase covering manufacturer defects such as dead-on-arrival (DOA) which is within 14 days. If the item is DOA(dead on arrival), the customer must contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Customer has 14 days to inspect the product & report DOA. After 14 days item can only be exchanged.
(Defective units returned will be tested before sending a replacement or refund.So pls be sure of what you said.)
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
For exchange due to buyer ordering the wrong screen, the buyer must pay 2-way shipping fees and 15% restocking fee. Generally speaking,refund or replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
