The all new EXO-C110 is Scorpion’s next generation take on a classic helmet.     After your purchase we request that you complete the checkout within 3 days of your purchase. Payment must clear within 10 days of auction close. After 10 days, we will open an Unpaid Item Dispute and file for a refund from eBay. Items shipping to an Illinois address will be charged Illinois State Sales Tax of 6.25%.

    Any VAT and/or Duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country's customs office to determine what these costs may be prior to purchasing.

    Shipping

    Unless otherwise noted the shipping price quoted in the listing is for areas in the continental USA only. For shipping prices to AK, HI and PR, please call 815-562-4620 with your exact shipping address to get a quote.

    Shipping time takes 1 to 5 days processing plus 3 to 7 days transit. Therefore, you can expect your order to be delivered between 4 to 12 business days of placing your order. For exact handling time check the Shipping and Payments tab above the Items Specifics. Orders are normally shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service. Once a tracking number is assigned, you normally will be notified by email.

    Any VAT and/or Duties are the responsibility of the buyer. "Note" We will not alter or lower the value of an item on any export document or customs form.

    Many countries impose additional taxes, duties, or other charges on imported items. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost that we charge. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees. Please check with your country's customs office before buying.

    Delivery times for international orders vary greatly due to shipping and customs delays. It is not entirely unprecedented for an item to take as long as 6 weeks to arrive in some countries. Please be patient. We will provide shipping details as soon as the item ships.

    Returns

    100% Money back if you recieve the wrong item or item does not match the description. If you need to exchange for a different size or item, there is no Restock Fee, however we do require you to pay for shipping. All refunds are subject to a 15% restock fee. However, mistakes may happen and on such cases we will replace any wrong item at no extra cost to the buyer. Please read our shipping and return policies below.

    Your satisfaction is our goal; we stand behind all the products that we sell. Please make sure that the part you ordered fits before cutting, painting, altering or final installation. Altered items are not refundable or returnable. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order.

    We shall issue a replacement for the defective part at no extra cost to the customer. However, the buyer is required to send back the defective part at his own expense.

    Many of our products come direct from the manufacturer and instruction manuals may not be included.

    • Our liability under no circumstances shall exceed the amount of the original sale.
    • We do not cover any expense incurred due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration or modifications.
    • We do not cover any expense incurred due to installation, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.

    Shipping Problems

    Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the driver.

    Shipping Damage

    Unless shipping insurance is purchased damages caused by carriers is the buyer responsibility. All damage to shipments must them be reported and filed with carrier immediately. Orders lost in transit must be reported to us immediately. We are not liable for carrier damages. A claim must be filed with Carrier Company to facilitate an exchange. If you received a damaged product, please report it to us within 64 hours from date of receipt.

    Missing Items

    Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock we may have to split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you have originally paid.     Wrong Items

    If you received a wrong item, this should be reported within 3 business days from date of receipt. We will pay for return shipping. The replacement will only be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by us.

    Packing and Sending Your Return

    You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

    1. Contact Customer Service at 1-815-562-4620 to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number and shipping label.

    2. Pack the items in the original boxes together with the original packing slip (receipt).

    3. Write the RA number that was given to you outside the shipping box for identification. Items without RA will not be issued any replacements.

    4. Mail the package back to our corporate address. The buyer is responsible for the any return shipping cost incidental to the exchange.

    5. Please note that return mailing labels obtained from us are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by our Customer Service and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.

    6. Your return will be processed as soon as we get the item back and inspected.

    No Exchange after 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

    A buyer is allowed to exchange the original item only one (1) time for an item of equal or lesser value. You may call our Customer Service at 1-815-562-4620 for additional information.
