B&R Auto ships all over the WORLD via UPS ground. Other options are availible, please call or email.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO and INTERNATIONAL for additional shipping fee. Please no PO Box.

Pick up at our facilities is available. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up.

Items will be shipped within 48 business hours of purchase.

Please allow 5-10 days for delivery, longer for International orders. We ship via UPS from Oregon or Washington as well as Nevada, so please allow proper time. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. No Expedited shipping is available.

If an item arrives damaged, please email us at a contact on our ABOUT ME page within 24 hrs for instructions.

If you cannot find a part that you need in the store, please contact us and we will let you know if we can get it and the price. Due to high demand, short supply or human error, occasionally we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of waiting for the part to come in stock, or a full refund.
