He even had trouble with a dead battery on a vehicle that was loaded after mine but was determined to get it started and unloaded so he could unload mine. I would recommend 7 Star Auto Transport. Review:	Was a super deal.....3days total from pa to Utah! AAA+++ transports broker! Thanks guys!! Vehicle was dirty but overall very pleased!!! Fast shipping time and no problems! But, never never ever use company called 1 shot express!!!! They were horrible!!!! Had a vehicle to move from south Dakota to Utah and they promised the world! But never came thru on anything!!!! Said they had a truck in area, then nope.... Was cancelled due to a dealership canceling with them?? Imagine why I say??? This was for an enclosed transport which was very high rate but I agreed anyway, due to wanting it now!!! Well, to make a long story short.... I hired a hotshot truck from vernal to spearfish and back, and it cost me allot, but was glad to get the vehicle here!!!!! These guys were awesome!!!! Fast and speedy!!! will use again when time to purchase again!!!! Many " kudos" to you!!!! Super company

Review:	As an attorney, I always do my homework. Called at least 6 other companies to pick up my new car, including the most reputable. This place won my business because their rates were excellent and the reps were polite. Dealt with primarily with Jack. He was always accessible and his demeanor was respectful. He explained the trucking business's customs, how they find drivers for you and even allowed me to speak to the transport company's dispatcher and driver. Jack answered all of my questions - even those which I knew he did not want to have to answer. This was my first time arranging a car for shipping so here are a few tips for novices: 1) Make sure that your contacts at the pickup/dropoff points are flexible in their hours. Drivers get held up along the way and their pickup times can go over by as much as a day as when their estimated pickup time. However, much to my husband's delight, they got the car to us 2 days earlier than anticipated. 2) Get the driver's phone number so you can get an idea of how their schedule is playing out. 3) If you choose a closed carrier, understand that only 5% of all carriers are enclosed. Therefore, your dates of availability can be quite limited. However, Jack called me with updates about possibly shipping using an open trailer. Told him I was set on a closed trailer shipping but I appreciated that he gave me some options. 4) If you live in a crowded city, opt to pick up the car from a rest area off the highway. We live right outside NYC and I'm glad we picked up the car from a rest area. The huge parking area gave us plenty of space to inspect the vehicle before signing off on the bill of lading. We were able to pick ours up at 8am in the morning by coordinating with the driver. Gave us just enough time to pick up the car, drop it off at home and go to work. I would definitely use 7 Stars again.

I didn't pay attention to the because I know how cutthroat sales can be. My car was picked up on time and in an enclosed trailer. Don't listen to the naysayers out there.

Review:	Having never had a vehicle transported before we were nervous about doing so. After numerous contacts by various companies we spoke with Jack Saban of 7-Star Transport. Not only was he knowledgeable and courteous, but he was very reassuring about the whole process. We felt comfortable committing to this company and it definately was a great experience from start to finish. We needed to have the vehicle transported on a specific day and even though a hurricane was barrelling up the coast toward New England at the time, we were told no problem we can do that! We had to call a few times, for reassurance, and Jack was right there to help alleviate our anxiety.The cost to transport was extremely reasonable-$1100. That is less than the cost it would have been had we had to fly to the coast, gas, hotels, vacation time, etc. to transport the vehicle ourselves. The Jeep arrived in only 3 days! This was during the hurricane that hit the East Coast. To say that we were surprised and very pleased when contacted only a couple days after it was loaded on the truck in NH is an understatement. The vehicle arrived in excellent condition, the drivers were very competent and helpful. In all, our experience was absolutely fantastic and we would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to transport their vehicle.

Review:	If your reading all the feed backs from brokers..you will feel much better after reading about my experience. I received 79 bids from brokers...all with different cost and promises, I spent weeks on this computer checking out all the reviews..and reading all the negatives...I got depressed. But I was able to have a direct conversation with this man Jack who claimed to be the owner of 7 stars auto transport in florida, after hearing all the bad remarks from other brokers for me to be aware of florida...brokers..I was about to give up! But after having many telephones conversations from Jack..he somehow made me feel I can trust him..so he got in contact with a company from Michigan.. Showcar Services...I was permitted to be in contact with Dave from Showcar via Jack, and he also made me feel at ease...he explained all the details and his cost for a closed carrier....from that point....I was convinced...my alfa was in good hands, I agreed on the cost $1200 for enclosed carrier. My alfa was picked up within two days 24th August and delivered 2600 miles to my home 29th august ! The driver telephoned me 4 times informed me of his where abouts and the time he would deliver my alfa, 6am was agreed and my alfa showed up in this very attractive huge enclosed carrier... my alfa was on top and delivered without any problems...Now...if your undecided...and nervous...relax and trust these companies....oh yes...I received many telephone calls from brokers who saw my alfa posted on the board..and they tried to change my mind..because of the price......and again Jack promised me to have faith and to trust him...I did and I'm happy. THE COST DID NOT CHANGE !! This is my honest opinion..and experience. PLEASE NOTE: I noticed on this form...the question is asked if I'm being paid..or compensated by 7 star auto transport....wow !! This means brokers can pay to have a good review....I DID NOT RECEIVED...OR DID I ASK FOR ANY COMPENSATION. I THINK THIS QUESTION SHOULD BE REMOVED !! HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY !!!!! WE DESERVE BETTER !!

Review:	I had never been involved in setting up delivery for auto transport. It definitely saved time, inconvenience and cost. Would have liked to have seen Colorado but was not an option, along with the trip over and back to buy a mostly restored Volkswagen Westphalia. Took a lot of phone calls, partially arranged by the sellers, whom I thank. Problem for the transport broker is finding a reliable company/driver going to the area and picking up the vehicle in a reliable time frame. Brokers contract states they have 10 days to confirm a carrier ( for a reason)! Jack at 7 Star Auto Transport worked diligently to put the deal together and had a company out of Farmington, New Mexico send a smaller transport to pick up my vehicle. Cost $ 100.00 more than the original quote. The previous owners were impressed that the driver coming from a couple hours away was able to accomodate their schedule and pick up only one day late (unusual in the industry, usually 7-10 days late.) Overall I was satisfied but now that I have experience I know what to expect, but Jack was easy to access, returned my calls, kept me up to date and confirmed changes with me before making changes. I would give Jack and 7 Star Transport 4 out of 5 stars.
