PURCHASING
Know the correct year & model of your motorcycle or ATV before purchasing one of our items listed. Our items, although they may be new, they may have damaged packaging and may be need a cleaning. If you are purchasing a used item, there maybe signs of wear but still very useable. If we describe the item as repairable, (meaning it may need to be repaired), then we are taking into consideration the item's value before the repair is rendered. Due to previous ownership of some of our NOS items, they may have been mislabeled or misidentified. If your item isn't labeled or listed correctly please email us and we will correct or mistake. Don't forget that we are a small company with a limited staff. We are human beings and we sometimes make mistakes. If you are unhappy with your item please email us through ebay so we can resolve your issue. We will bend over backwards to make sure our clients are satisfied with there buying experience.
FEEDBACK
If you have a issue with your purchase please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We can't become a better seller if we have unhappy clients and not know it. If you leave unwarranted negative feedback you will be blocked from any future purchasing from our listings.
RETURNS
We accept returns for defective items or items not properly described but NOT electrical parts. If you wish to return an item just email us within (7) days of receiving the part and return the item. If you have a valid claim, we will refund your purchase and all shipping expenses (Parcel Post) to include return shipping of the item. If you do not have a valid claim or you bought item without researching part number and it is your mistake then there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your return.
