1) Communicate your issue to our customer service department via Ebay messege within 14 days of receipt.
2) Within 2 working days, we will issue you a simple Return Merchandise Authorization form to include with your return.
Please Note: ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THIS FORM. Yes, even returns using eBay's returns process. There IS a restocking fee for returned parts, even in new condition, unless we are at fault! PLEASE remember this form!!!
3) We will issue you credit upon receipt and inspection of your return.

** Most computer-related items, such as ECM's, EBCM's, & PCM's come factory sealed from the manufacturer.
If this seal is broken, we cannot accept the return, as it will no longer be re-sellable.
In order to sustain free shipping and provide prompt customer service, we do charge a restocking fee of 20% of Final Sale Value (FSV) or $6.00, whichever is greater.
