About Us:
We specialize in used car/truck parts for Ford, Chevy, and Dodge. Located in Pacoima, CA, we have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years mastering all aspects of those vehicles. Although majority of our parts come from Ford and Chevy vehicles, from time to time we may have parts listed for sell from other vehicles we have in our auto yard. Payment:
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To pay with credit card, click on the "Buy It Now" link, select "Paypal-Visa" option (you do NOT need a Paypal account, and you will NOT have to sign up for Paypal, Paypal simply processes the payment), select "Don't have a Paypal account," and the next page will process your card payment. You may also give us a call to securely give us your credit card information for processing at our business as well!
Shipping:
Shipment will be made by a freight carrier to continental 48 U.S. addresses only. We ship through Unishippers because we get shipping discounts which benefits you! Your item will be safely strapped and wrapped to a pallet and be sent out to you. Charges/fees may be different if the item is shipped to a residential address, rather than a business. Additional charges may be added if a liftgate service is needed. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. A valid phone number is required for all freight shipments. Please make sure the contact info on your Paypal account is up to date prior to ordering. Your order will be made 1-2 days after full payment has been received. Prior to shipment, we will contact you to confirm your order before we send it out. Local pick up welcome at our address!
Warranty:
This used auto part comes with a limited 30 day replacement warranty, or your money back. This warranty covers the main component of the part only. Coverage of labor cost for installation, removal, re-programming, etc. is not provided under any circumstance. All parts have tamper-proof markings which if damaged void the warranty. All parts must be properly installed and maintained according to factory specifications. The warranty is non-transferable (between vehicles or owners). We must be informed immediately of any discovered defect. Failure to do so shall void warranty. At our discretion, we may require that an independent repair facility of our choice verify such defects. We are not responsible for any transportation cost incurred due to a failed part. Any improper use such as, but not limited to racing, neglect, mishandling of said part shall void the warranty. Parts installed on any Commercial Vehicle are not covered. Improper installation, repair or modification of said part shall void this warranty. Any existing problems with the vehicle in which the parts are intended that would cause damage to the recycled part shall void the warranty. You, the purchaser, are obligated to establish compliance with any and all conditions set forth for any and all warranty claims. Warranty does not cover any claims of personal injury, economic losses, inconveniences, transportation, towing and any consequential damages.
