done as a courtesy, many dealers do charge for this service. The theft lock
code is not always activated, but we cannot guarantee it. *The reference to
"VIN" is the 8th digit read from left to right and refers to
what engine option the vehicle came with. The "OPT" (option
code/RPO code) refers to specific option code the vehicle came
with. These will often be included in our listing (when relevant) as
it is used by our computerized inventory system to insure proper fitment.
Please make sure the "VIN" or "OPT" match when included in
the listing. The VIN and RPO codes are shown on
the "service parts identification" tag typically located on
the trunk lid, spare tire cover, glove box, or door and appear in alphabetical
order. If you do not see the 3 digit option code on your tag or the 8th

charging for shipping. If you don’t see
your country in the list then it is not through eBay’s global shipping program
and we will have to give you a quote before you buy the item. Canceling a item: Please

will advise to start a return request through eBay or just have you send us the

you did not create a return request through eBay we will send you a

part other than electronics you can ship it back in the same condition it left
at your expense and it will be inspected/tested and if found to be defective we
will issue a full refund minus return and original shipping. We need to be contacted within 10 days of end
of auction for defective items you wish to return for inspection. We also charge a minimum restocking fee of
10% on any returns. This is
non-negotiable. Installing the item
purchased or Labor will never be covered or refunded if part is defective or
any reason. We
also mark ever part to make sure we get our original part back. If we get the part back and the mark is not
on it we will not refund your money and report you to eBay. We also put a special zip tie on the part to
let us know if you tried to install it. If the zip tie is cut off the item we will
also not return the part or refund the money because it will indicate that the
part was tampered with or broken during installation. International Returns: When
returning a item that is classified as international meaning not part of the
lower 48 US States we will not cover/refund any additional shipping charges
charged through eBay’s global shipping program, customs, airport etc. We will also only be able to refund original
