2. Shipping & Handling: Most orders ship within 1 business day, exceptions are holidays observed by USPS and other carriers.

4. International Shipping: I can ship to any country USPS allows parcels to, USPS will be the primary shipping service for international orders. Typical International delivery to major countries falls within the 10-18 business day delivery window.

6. Returns & Exchanges: In the event an item is damaged or the mistake is our error a full refund will be given. If the error is the fault of the customer, or a changed mind, or other reason that is non-fault to us a refund will be given minus the original shipping charges.

Core Charges & Send-In Services: We offer several services including PnP and TGV delete services, if you have a core that you plan to send-in for modification you will not be charged a CORE charge. If you want the modified part first, you will be charged a CORE charge that is fully refundable upon the return of your good used core.

10. Warranty: Turbochargers that are rebuilt or assembled in-house do have a 1 year warranty for the CHRA cartridge sections. This is a warranty that I personally take care of myself and you only have to deal with me. This warranty covers any major defect that was the result of the CHRA section, but does not cover oil starvation, installer error or other non mechanical defect issues that were not the fault of the CHRA unit.
