Customer satisfaction is the key to our business. We will gladly refund your money within one year of your order upon return of the product or will replace any defective product. You may return products that: 1) Are in their original packaging, 2) Have original manufacturer information in the package, 3) Are not used, installed or disassembled, 4) Are not damaged due to incorrect installation, and 5) Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions. The following products are not returnable: 1) Custom or special orders, 2) Electrical parts and components such as electronic control units, relays, and air mass meters and 3) Emission parts and components such as catalytic converters and exhaust sensors. Once we have received and inspected your return and verified it meets the above guidelines, a full refund less the restocking fee will be issued for the item. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be refunded only when the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
