Wiring Specialists features this Premium version of their Detonation Knock Sensor Harness. They improved quality in their construction to Increase its longevity. This harness is completely insulated on both ends and has a durable braided cover to protect the wiring from the elements and heat. When you replace your knock sensor, or have access to the knock sensor, replace the knock sensor harness. This harness is common to corrode and fail. This will trigger the ECU to go into safety mode. The harness is only accessible, when the engine is removed, or the transmission removed. So for any rebuild, replace this harness.
