Item Condition
USED OEM Stock Fuel Door that has been removed from a BLACK CIVIC wrapped (covered/overlaid) by us with REAL GRADE A+ 2x2 Twill Weave Carbon Fiber.
THIS IS NOT A CHEAP CARBON FIBER COVER THAT YOU INSTALL WITH DOUBLE SIDE TAPE OR GLUE. YOU WILL RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT FUEL DOOR.

* Crystal clear epoxy and UV resin
* 4 coats of urethane clear coat

* PERFECT FITMENT, our carbon fiber fuel door will match perfect with vehicle body line when installed correctly
Install Instructions
1. Remove your stock fuel door using either a 4,6,8 or 10mm socket or screwdriver (Philips or Flat Head tip) Some cars have rivets, if so you must drilled stock out rivets and install new rivets with a rivet gun went installing fuel door (we only supply oem rivets for certain fuel doors).
2. (VERY IMPORTANT) remove your fuel door release spring from your oem-stock fuel door and install on carbon fiber fuel door. (If there is not already a release spring install on carbon fiber fuel door).
3. Install carbon fiber fuel door with fuel door release spring then test that the carbon fiber fuel door will pop open when pulling release lease lever.
4. Install complete

Q: Why does it cost so much to ship a small item?
A: Our shipping cost is price at a flat rate so it fair for everyone and for the shipping service we use. So we do not charge for Priority Mail and ship First Class or Parcel Post like others. We have to cover all expenses and protect the product we spend hours and days to produce. We need cover cost for bubble wrap, packing peanuts, (we do not use newspaper or shredder documents for packing materials), shipping labels, FRAGILE labels, boxes (if item will not fit in USPS size boxes, and gas and mileage (we do not have set shipping days).
Q: Do you offer your products in other carbon fiber colors and weaves?
A: Yes we offer any of our products in the following colors and weaves Red/Black, Blue/Black, Yellow/Black, and Orange/Black, Green/Black all color carbon fiber fabrics are Hybrid Fabrics (Fabrics that combine carbon fiber and Kevlar into one woven fabric). Silver (Texcel Hexalium), and 4X4 Twill Weave please contact us for certain colors or weave patterns. Because we do not use paint like others for color carbon fiber we do not offer any parts in sold carbon fiber colors.
