This is new in the box with instructions and installation kit. Just opened for pics. It is Lund Part # 72001, and according to the box it fits 1992-1997 full size Blazer, 1988-1998 CK Pickup, 1992 full size Suburban and Yukon, and 1994 full size Tahoe.
