Most items are dispatched within 1 working days or as stated in our listings.

Please remember when you are leaving feedback that you are marking us on dispatch time and not Royal Mail or Courier delivery time. Royal Mail estimate most items will be delivered within 5-6 WORKING days and UK Mainland Courier 2-3 WORKING days. Please note that Est. delivery time is working days and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Royal Mail also state that you must wait 15 working days before completing a lost in post form. Therefore we cannot consider an item lost until 15 working days have passed before sending a replacement.

Deliveries by post or by courier into Europe or Internationally can take much longer. If you only pay for standard postage we will not repost or refund if the item is lost in post. To upgrade to signed for post with insurance please contact us before purchasing the item. If you only pay standard post then it may take upto a maximum of 15 working days for your item to arrive. Please do not contact us until this timescale has passed.

Feedback Policy:

We will leave feedback for you as soon as you have paid for your purchase. Please also do the same for us once you have received your item and are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase please do not leave us negative feedback until you have contacted us.

We will not be held responsible for any damage caused during fitment and can not accept any liability if the incorrect item has been purchased without first checking all instructions on the listing.

Returns:

You may return an item which was damaged or faulty when delivered for a full refund. Please note all returns are tested and a refund or replacement will be issued once the item has been received and verified as faulty. You must notify us of the issue within 7 working days of delivery.

You may return an item which is not as described (if we have sent you the item ordered and it does not fit then this is not considered as not as described) for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as incorrect. You must notify us of the issue within 7 working days of delivery and all delivery charges will be paid by the buyer.

You have the statutory right to cancel the order within 7 working days of delivery. The refund will be issued once the item has been received back and processed by our returns team. This can take upto a week to process. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item.  If you decide to return an item after the cooling off period has expired a minimum 25% restocking charge will be deducted from any refund.

We cannot accept any items for return which have been specifically manufactured or ordered in from our suppliers for you. These items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.

If any item is returned as unwanted and is not faulty, damaged or incorrect then any refund will be minus the original cost of sending the item out to you as this type of return is not our fault. Your refund will therefore be the final ebay price minus postage costs. Free postage on an item does not mean Royal Mail have not charged us. Therefore our costs will be deducted.

We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Before returning any item(s) please contact us for authorisation. We reserve the right to refuse any item that has not been authorised first.

In the case where an item has arrived damaged you will be required to provide a photograph showing the damage before any replacement is sent or a return will be processed.

Items must be returned with all packaging in a reasonable state. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge to replace product packaging that is missing or returned in a damaged/defaced condition. Where a surcharge is levied this will be a minimum of 25% of the original purchase price.

Items must be returned with all original components unless otherwise agreed by our returns department.  Any items that arrive back with parts missing will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.

All items are returned at the buyers own risk. We strongly recommend that all buyers take care when returning items to us, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back to us damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
