Installation issues you may concern.
Can I install it by myself?
The head unit is very easy to install in your vehicle, but it do need some professional experience and tools, we suggest you to reach your local service shop and have a professional technician to install it to avoid the possible damage to your dashboard and the head unit itself.
Will the steering wheel control still keep?
Your original steering control will be remained after installation; you can even define the function of the steering wheel control buttons in your preferred way in the car DVD set up menu.
Do I need frame to install it?
The head unit is totally designed according to the original factory panel of the vehicle; it will fit your vehicles seamless and perfectly, there is no need to cut the dashboard and no need for any frame .
Do I need buy any wire adaptor?
The head unit gets the original harness and plug and play compatibility, no need to cut any wires and no need for any wire adaptor.
Do I need buy any accessories?
The head unit comes with all the necessary accessories such as GPS antenna, radio aerial adaptor and TV antenna, you do not need to cost money to buy any accessories or parts to make all the features to work.

We will ship the products within 1 business day after clearance of payment.We use EMS,DHL,Fedex,UPS or other expedited couriers with tracking number for our international shipment.
1)They usually take 7 working days for delivery to most of the international cities. In our experience, around 10% items will take longer than that due to the customs clearance or caused by bad weather.If you don't receive the item within 30 DAYS, please contact us.
2)We will choose the most economic way from the above. Please note that we ship to Russia via EMS only and ship to South America via EMS mostly.For some countries(Russia,Brazil,etc), it takes a long time for customs clearance.We are unable to take any responsibility for any customs delay.
3)If any courier among the above is too much far away from you,please contact us after or before purchase so that we can choose the most convenient,fastest and cheapest way to ship your order.
Confirmed address before sending
- We only accept PayPal verified and confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal first before you pay. Please write down your phone number in your PayPal. If we do not get a phone number, we are unable to ship your item.
Once we send out:
-You could NOT reroute
-You could NOT hold for pick up
-You could NOT correct the address
-The courier company will return the package to us after tried to deliver the product to buyer two times. If buyer request us to resend the parcel,buyer should be responsible for all the return and resend postage.Above is the policy of Courier Company, hope we could get your understanding and attention.
Terms of acceptance
- We are NOT responsible for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel return back to us due to the buyers refuse to pay the above fee, we would NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to the above reason. Your understanding and attention is highly appreciated!
International Buyers – Please Note
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- Some countries' customs may charge taxes for importing good from another country such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
- Buyer needs to pay for the above fees in case that occurred for certain goods. Unconditional Return within 60 Days

One Year Warranty
- All our items are brand new. We provide one year warranty for all our products from the date of purchase.If damaged is caused by undue wear and tear, dirt, misused, improper installation/operation, accident or repaired by unauthorized person, the warranty becomes void.
Attention:
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee;we will pay for sending the item back to customer.If you ask for a refund during valid period, we will offer you a refund without postage charges.Shipping and handling charges, insurance are not refundable in any case.The exception is that it's obvious our fault such as sending the wrong item or the item is defective on arrival.
- We suggest that ask professional to install products and contact us when installing issue happened. However, we are not responsible for installing or uninstalling.
Damage or missing components
- Our products are all brand new and inspected carefully before sending out. Please check the package before the courier leaves.
If you receive a broken item or missing part, please keep the original package and email the photos & your contact number to us within 5 days.
- If products possibly damage during delivery, customers have to report in 5 days with your contact number and photo showing damage. Meanwhile, it may take about 15 days for the shipping company to investigate the case, thanks for your understanding.
