Q: What Time are your Customer Service Hours?
A: Our Customer Service Hours are open from 9am-3pm EST. If you reach our Voice mail we are assisting other customers and will do our best to get back to you in 1 Business day. However for faster customer support please contact us via the eBay message center.

Q: Does this item really have free shipping?
A: When free shipping is listed in an ad, the item does have free shipping. The free shipping however is only for the continental United States. This means the lower 48 States only.

Q: Are you open on weekends or do you ship on the weekends?
A: Our Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.

Q: Can I pick my item up from your facility and what is your address?
A: Yes you can, Please call us to make arrangements.

Q: What time can I pick up my package?
A: You can pick your package up from 10 am to 4 pm EST M-F

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: We will combine when possible and discount shipping when possible per your request. We do not combine shipping charges on auctions.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Please contact us via the eBay message center and we will email an RMA form. This form must be on the outside of your return. This allows us to expedite the return process and issue a refund or a replacement.

Q: How long will it take to get my item?
A: Depending on your location, it may take from 2 to 6 business days for domestic orders. We also have a FedEx map that shows shipping zones and transit time in our shipping tab in our listings.

International orders can take up to 21 business days depending on your location; however, in most cases it is 6 to 12 business days.

Payments

Once you’re done shopping, the checkout process is easy. Our cart will gather all items within your order, we will be notified that you've made your purchase and are ready for shipment. Our checkout system offers easy payment options. You could use PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover - it's all safe - all secure. If you make your payment directly through PayPal's website, we will not know of this payment, so please inform us should you do this so we can note that your item has been paid for and we can process your order.

Shipping

***FREE SHIPPING when applicable (relevant) is for the lower 48 states only. This means when an ad has Free Shipping this shipping price is for the Continental U.S. only. Any location other than the lower 48 States will incur additional shipping and handling charges.***

***FREE SHIPPING Does Not Include US territories, Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO's. FedEx Ground will not ship to a PO Box and a physical address is required. If you still want the item shipped to a PO Box you are required to pay additional shipping charges before we ship your item.***

We will not hold a shipment and ship a package at a later date. If we state we ship in 1 business day, we are required per eBay policy to ship and upload a valid tracking number within 1 business day. Also, our shipping is automated and we will not see your notes if they are submitted in the order. For special requests, please send a message via eBay or call during normal business hours.

We do everything we can to ship your order out as soon as possible - your satisfaction is our success! We ask that you allow 1 business day for processing and completion of your order. Provided that the order is completed and paid, we'll do everything we can to get it out within 1 business day!

Your actual shipping and handling charge is automatically calculated during our easy checkout process unless otherwise noted. All orders shipping to addresses within the continental U.S. will ship via FedEx or the United States Postal Service. It is our choice based on the product size and weight.

We can't ship to P.O. Boxes with FedEx Ground. Using a P.O. Box will only cause delays and will incur additional shipping charges.

FREIGHT ORDERS: Please make sure your order has your phone number included. Not providing this will only cause delays. All freight items ship Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We offer free local pick up at our offices in Tallahassee Florida during normal business hours. Direct pick-up at our warehouse is permitted for "Buy It Now" and "Store Inventory" items only and does not apply to items won in auctions. Auction items will be charged the full shipping price listed on each ad - no exceptions.

Pricing for shipping is listed on each ad. Shipping costs are not negotiable. WE DO NOT COMBINE SHIPPING ON AUCTIONS.

We ship to you via FedEx. Tracking numbers and information are provided to you automatically when your item is processed.

International Shipments

Orders are available to ship via USPS and will incur an additional handling charge. Free Shipping is not applicable to international shipments.All shipments will ship via USPS and we cannot ship any item over 69lbs. Depending on your location it will take an estimated 6-10 (or more) days for arrival. Shipments may be charged GST, Duty or Import charges upon their arrival in your country. You will be responsible for these charges. We assume no responsibility for this so please check with your local customs office to determine what, if any; charge you may be responsible for.

For the purposes of pricing, we use the "USPS Priority Mail" shipping setting in our listings. This is for calculating shipping charges only for your convenience. Your order will be shipped via USPS. eBay does not make provision for sellers to offer FedEx shipping quotes and flat rate shipping for international shipping charges is not feasible.

eBay Global Shipping Program

This is a new program that allows us to ship to more countries in which we normally would not ship to. Your item will ship from us and go the Kentucky shipping and sorting facility and then the item is shipped to your country. This is not much different than shipping via USPS and then going to New York or the Miami hub. Please note that the tracking will say Destination Kentucky. This will not stay this way. GSP is not the fastest at updating tracking and we do apologize for this.

Once the item reaches Kentucky it is in the hands of eBay GSP and no longer in ours. Please continue to check the tracking and please keep in mind that the normal ship time is 6 to 10 business days. Also keep in mind that this program is still very new to us as a seller as well. This program allows us to ship to most countries we normally wouldn't ship to we appreciate your patience as this transition irons out the kinks

Canadian Shipments

We love to ship to our neighbors to the north! We've long enjoyed "Non-Resident Importer" status for shipments to Canada. When Canadian customers have completed their checkout all brokerage duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We will always give the lowest possible shipping prices guaranteed. All shipments to Canada will  Canada will ship via USPS and we cannot ship any item over 69lbs

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of receipt of your item. Please contact us through the eBay message center, so we can resolve the problem. It is your responsibility as a customer to check the contents of your product upon arrival.

All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.--NO EXCEPTIONS. An RMA must be requested, then granted from American Hunter Inc, and emailed to the buyer, to initiate a return, exchange, or if you have received a damaged or defective product. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package, as well as a printed copy of the completed RMA form inside of the package. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured. **Unauthorized returns will be refused!**

Cancellations or returns of any kind on already shipped items will incur a 15% restocking fee to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for: return shipping costs, as well as sufficiently packing, insuring, and returning the item in "new" condition. Used products WILL NOT be accepted. We will either, replace the item with an identical item, or issue you a refund for the value of the item, minus the 15% restocking fee.

** Please Note: If the item you purchased had free shipping; the actual shipping cost (as calculated by FedEx or The USPS) will be deducted from your refund.**

If necessary, WE shall file a damage claim. The product will be returned to us, and a replacement will be shipped at OUR EXPENSE. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.

Returns on the following items WILL NOT be accepted:

ALL returned items are subject to inspection for damage before a refund is issued. Product must be in new usable condition or a restocking fee may apply.

Warranty
We offer a 14-day return-or-exchange warranty and a 1-year manufacturer warranty on most products. We make no warranties or guarantees, either expressly, or implicit beyond this period unless explicitly stated. This warranty does not apply to products that are used for purposes other than their intended use and/or design, nor does it apply to products that have been modified in any way. Any shipping expenses are not included with warranty claims. We offer free local pick up for new product or parts replacement to avoid any additional shipping expense.

Jeffco Distribution will not be held liable under any circumstance for incidental or consequential loss or damage or injury, due directly or indirectly to the use of our product, including any malfunction from negligence or defect. The seller makes no claims as to the suitability of our product for any specific purpose or use. The Buyer holds seller and its agents and affiliates harmless from any liability arising out of or relating to the use or ownership of our product. Buyer fully accepts responsibility & releases the seller for all & any personal injuries, fatal injuries, death of the user and others, any losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of Buyer or anyone else operation of our product. By purchasing this item, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and you agree, to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and you represent that you are of legal age (age 18 or older) to enter this Agreement and become bound by its terms.
