Compatibility

With used auto parts, the seller doesn't always know for sure which specific car the part came from. That's why used auto parts are best bought by part number ONLY. The only way to know for sure if the unit is compatible with your vehicle is to match the Manufacturer's Part Number. Regardless of what it says in the listing or what year, make, and model the unit is listed for, all units should be bought only after the Manufacturer's Part Number has been matched. When buying units that don't have a part number, the buyer is really in a much better position to determine compatibility because they know which part is in their car. When a part comes to us, generally, we do not have any information about the types of cars it is compatible with. The part comes to us with no box and no list of the cars it fits, therefore we cannot determine the sub-model and features your car has because we do not have your car here. Your best bet would be to pull your part out and match it front and back with the pictures of the part on the listing. Maybe your part has a number on it which would make it much easier for you to find (because you can search for it by part number only). Take a look at the connectors... through those you will be able to easily determine if this unit will fit your particular car.

Shipping

Parts ordered before 3:00pm PST will ship out same day. Parts ordered after 3:00pm PST ship out next day. We are open Monday-Friday... all parts ordered on Friday after 3:00pm PST will ship out the following Monday. Parts are shipped USPS or FedEx depending on weight... we are willing to ship it using another company provided the customer has an account with that company is able to arrange for pickup at our warehouse. Once the order has been processed and shipping label printed, an email will be automatically sent to you letting you know that your unit has been shipped and giving you the tracking number.

Warranty

We offer a 30 day warranty on all our products. Units are returnable within 30 days of the date of package delivery. A refund (minus original cost of shipping) or exchange will be issued to the buyer upon receiving the original unit. Unit must be returned in the same condition as was sent out with the warranty seals intact. Breaking the seal that states "Warranty Void if Broken" will void your warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to match the Manufacturer's Part Number of any unit listed with the one on the part in their car. It is also the customer's responsibility to have the unit reprogrammed if required. In the rare instances where a part does not have or does not require a Manufacturer's Part Number, it is the customer's responsibility to visually compare his part with the pictures listed in order to ensure compatibility. This is because on our end we cannot know what the part on your car looks like. We are not responsible for any mechanic charges incurred by buyer or mechanical errors due to faulty installation. We are not responsible for units bought without first matching the Manufacturer's Part Number, or units bought by mistake. If returning a part, please allow 24-48 hours after we receive a part for us to process the refund. Know that refunds are processed by hand, so please give us some time to get the part, open it and see that it's in the same condition it was sent it, and then manually process your refund via PayPal. This especially applies if it arrives over a weekend when we aren't there. If you bought the unit through eBay but used a credit card (checked out as a guest), please note that we receive it as a PayPal transaction. Once we issue a refund on it, it goes to PayPal which holds it for 5-7 business days before transferring it back onto your card. If you received a letter from eBay stating that the transaction has been cancelled, you've been refunded. If you still can't find the transaction, feel free to give us a call and we will give you the PayPal Unique Transaction ID that goes with the refund. Your credit card company WILL NOT know about the refund until after it goes back onto the card... so in the interim between when we issue the refund and PayPal is sending it to the credit card company, only PayPal will be able to confirm the refund has actually taken place.

Condition

Here you will see the condition the unit is in along with other information pertaining to the unit or the car it came off of. Please note that we have no way of bench testing the unit at our warehouse. Unless a unit is specified as a CORE (in which case it's condition will be "For parts or not working"), our units are Used in Good Working Condition. They came off good running cars and are covered under a 30 day warranty. Please click on the Warranty Tab for more information on our return process.
