Overstock Boat Parts brings you this SINGLE BRAND NEW captain's style boat seat. Constructed from the finest marine grade, mildew, stain, and UV resistant beige and cream vinyl. This seat is built to look and feel great. It has incurred a few damages while stored, including discoloration, fabric waving and missing arm. The seat measures approximately 23 1/2" wide x 25" high x 26" deep.

This seat is brand new, never installed and out of original manufacturer's packaging. Our products are sold as photographed; please review the corresponding images and description..

• Seat #1 has minor discoloration on the bottom, wrinkling in the fabric and missing its left arm.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax from Wisconsin State residents, the rate is 5.6%.

Returns
Overstock Boat Parts offers a 14 day return policy.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This return policy goes in effect upon shipment of your package to you, not the date of purchase. You, the ebay buyer, are responsible for arrangement and the cost of the return shipping and MUST contact us via eBay message for a return to be authorized and provide us the tracking information of said package within 24 hours of shipment.   

Restock Fees
BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT, contact us within 14 days for an approved RMA number and instructions. Installed, powered, altered or unsellable items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Unapproved returns WILL BE REJECTED rejected by Overstock Boat Parts at buyer's expense. Approved refunds shall be issued within 7 days of the return for the sale price less our original shipping cost (including our cost on “free shipping” items) minus 20% restock charge ($10 minimum).

Typographical Errors

Overstock Boat Parts attempts to keep the information in our listings as current and error free as possible. We are not bound by typographical errors resulting in inaccuracies with regard to prices, product specifications or availability.

Outside the 48 Lower Continental United States

Unfortunately, our shipping method does not permit shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  If your physical address falls under one of these areas we will contact and invoice you via Paypal for additional shipping charges. The physical address you provide must be deliverable by ANY service of our choice with our Shipping methods. We use slower economy shipping services that deliver without delivery confirmation or signature required in some instances. We reserve the right to choose the shipping company of our choice.

If the description of this product above states that this will be a truckline or freight shipment, then your item will arrive by a large commercial truck and the address you provide MUST be a commercial business with either a loading dock or forklift to remove the item from the truck. If the carrier determines your address is a residence (or a business in a residential neighborhood), by ordering this item you agree to pay any additional residential delivery, redelivery and/or accessory surcharges.
