All claims for damage or missing items must be made within 7 business days after receipt. Claims processing with shipping companies may take up to 30 days. We will handle the paperwork but we may require images and or other descriptions from you to file the claim.
Missing parts from inside the manufacturer's product box maybe handled as a warranty by manufacturer and some manufacturer may ask that you contact them directly. We will advise of the correct procedure in the rare case this happens.
