  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
  • When returning an item, it is vital you contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before you ship back the package.  Please pack the returned parts in the original packaging and insure the returned shipment as we will not refund if the product is damaged during return shipping.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Restocking fees will be waived if the return is due to circumstances not controlled by the customer.



Steps on installation of the In-Channel Wind Deflectors, provided for your convenience:

Step one: ( With window down ) Clean, using the alcohol wipe provided, the inside of the window

Step Two:  Remove the "Red" tape backing

2 - Peel - 2



Step Three:  Begin to install by placing the visor into the window's groove
  

3 - Install - 1

Step Four:  Secure the tape inside the window

Step Five: Install the entire In-channel wind deflector along the window

Step Six:  As you hold in place the wind deflector, roll up the window ( Roll up and down 5 times )

4 - Roll up window

Step Seven: Leave all windows up for 48 hours and enjoy!

This is something can we can fix and did not have to do with us sending a broken item; simply it was damaged during the shipment. On leaving feedback, leave what you feel, but remember we are more than willing work things out.

 ● Simply email (by clicking the “contact seller” link) and let me know which piece/pieces arrived damaged (passenger front, driver rear) – if applicable. 

 ● I will replace the broken piece/pieces at no further cost to you.

Return Procedures:

● If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please email me for an RA# (return authorization number) which is required for all returns.

 ● The item must be returned in re-sale condition, with all its original packaging (including protective wrapping, hardware, and any instructions sheets). A 20% re-stocking fee may apply.

 ● In the case of an error on our part, or if the item arrived damaged, please email me (click on the "contact seller" link). We will correct the error and send out replacements/exchanges at no further cost to you.
