Return Policy

Stable Energies provides a knowledgeable staff at your disposal for questions and concerns related to the proper application, installation, and usage of all items in our product range. Please take advantage of this and ask questions BEFORE ordering products when there is any uncertainty. Items that have been purchased within the past 30 days can be returned for a refund or for store credit. The cost of return shipping is not covered by Stable Energies, and is the customer's responsibility. Your item’s original shipping charge is not refundable. Items that received free shipping on the original order may have the shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original retail packaging. Items must include all hardware, instructions, tags, or other originally included accessories.

All returns must be issued an RMA number (returned merchandise authorization). Please contact us by phone or email to obtain an RMA number. Your RMA number must be written on the outside of the package being returned to us and must be clearly visible. Please also include the RMA number on copy of your invoice or on a note with your contact information inside the package being returned to us. Packages that arrive at our facility and do not have a visible RMA number will be refused. Items must be properly packaged for shipping. Please do not use the manufacturer's packaging as your shipping container. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or decline issuance of credit for damaged retail packaging.

Please use a trackable service for you return such as UPS, FedEx, or certain USPS services. Return shipments should be insured for the proper amount. Stable Energies will not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipping. Special order items, items considered clearance or close-outs, or items with special pricing, are final sale and may not be returned. There are some specific items that are not able to be returned under any circumstances due to the nature of their use, these include: all seats, nomex underwear, racing earbuds or earplugs, batteries, flash memory cards and customized products.

Stable Energies reserves the right to charge a restocking fee in situations where we feel it is applicable.

Warranty Disclaimer

All items in this catalog are sold for racing purposes only. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied, on any items. Stable Energies' liability is limited to replacement or refund of items purchased and does not include labor and/or installation charges. Every product you buy from Stable Energies is backed first by the product manufacturer's or supplier's warranty. Terms and conditions may vary by manufacturer, supplier or product. Stable Energies will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers and suppliers.

Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping for online orders over $100.00 shipped to the continental United States. Services used may include UPS, FedEx, and USPS at our discretion. Oversized items are not covered by the free shipping offer and include, but are not limited to: fuel cells, roll bars and cages, racing headers, batteries, seats, some body parts, scales, utility jugs, some Race Ramps products, and some Pit Pal trailer products. You will be contacted with the actual shipping charges before your order is processed. Items that do not qualify for free shipping cannot be combined with items that do qualify to achieve the $100.00 minimum.

Items that are discounted, marked as clearance or closeout, on special sale, or items that are drop shipped from other warehouses do not qualify for free shipping. Customers that placed orders that include items in any of these categories will be contacted with actual shipping charges before the order is processed. Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska and outside the USA will have to contact us for the shipping charge. Please check the appropriate shipping method during checkout. Wholesale customers are not eligible for the free shipping offer.

If you refuse delivery of your order or return your item(s), the original shipping charge will be deducted from your credit. Exchanged items will be charged shipping fees. Select items are not able to be shipped via express services or to destinations outside of the United States. You will be contacted if your order needs to be modified or canceled. In stock items are typically shipped from our Garfield, NJ location. Please refer to the time in transit map below for packages shipped via UPS ground service. Some items may ship from remote warehouses located throughout the United States.

International Orders

We require payment in advance from any customers residing outside the U.S. We do not accept credit cards for first time international orders totaling more then $500.00 USD and retain the right of extreme discretion when handling international credit cards on all orders. Wire transfers are the preferred payment method from international parties. When paying with a wire transfer ask your bank if they use a third-party bank to handle the transfer; if so, your bank must determine the charges from the third-party bank, and those charges must be added to the total amount being wired.

If your order is required by a certain date, please allow sufficient time for the wire transfer to complete (approx. 3-5 business days). Orders will ship when the funds are received in our account. Some products cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. (such as pressurized fire extinguishers and other products containing chemicals or with other restrictions). International customers are responsible for all duties, fees, and taxes associated with the their shipments. Stable Energies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any international purchases.
