We offer a no-hassle return policy but have a specific procedure to insure the return process runs smoothly. Get started by visiting 'my ebay' and clicking the option for 'purchase history'. You will see the option to start a return in the options link on the right side of the transaction history screen. Start your return from there. We will receive a message and will reply back to you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return address. This address may be different than the warehouse we shipped the part to you from originally. If you send your item back without first obtaining an RMA from us our warehouse will not know who to give the credit to, and may accidentally refund a different customer who purchased the same item. eBay will create a return id that should not be confused with our own RMA id. We are unable to to pay for air freight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors, defective parts, or 'parts that do not fit'. If you wish to exchange your purchase, we will ask you to return the item first before we ship a replacement item. All refunds will come from Paypal as our eBay store requires Paypal payment. Be sure to assign the tracking number from the shipper when you return your item. eBay will track your refund every step of the way and determine that it was delivered to us. When they do so the refund is automatically given to you via Paypal.
