Disc conversion kit for 76-86' Jeep CJ. 5x5.5" bolt pattern, will not fit Wagoneer 6x5.5" axles. Includes 2 rotors, 2 caliper brackets, 2 backing plate delete spacers, mounting hardware. Instructions included. Kit does not include calipers, pads or hoses. Caliper brackets accept "metric" GM calipers. 

For non-Ebrake applications, use Cardone 18-4128/18-4129 with D154 brake pads. For Ebrake applications, use Cardone 18-4138/18-4139 with D154 pads. Both caliper sets will use Dorman H380280 hoses.
