Payment: Payment must be received within 24 HOURS of the auction’s end (unless previous arrangements have been made with Sky Powersports of Lakeland), or a non-paying bidder report will be filed with EBAY, negative feedback will be left and the item will be put back up for auction/offered to the next highest bidder in a Second Chance Offer.
If you wish to pick up your item from our store location, we will also accept cash for payment.
Shipping: Sky Powersports of Lakeland utilizes UPS for shipping of our items. All auction and in stock items are generally shipped within one day of receiving cleared payment (Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays excluded). Shipping method/options are displayed with each of our items. Sky Powersports of Lakeland assumes no liability for loss or damage which may occur during the shipping process. All shipping estimates are for shipping within the continental United States only. We are unable to ship outside the US (this includes Puerto Rico & the Bahamas).
Local Pick-up: If you live in the Central Florida area or plan on visiting, you are always welcome to avoid paying the cost of shipping, and picking up your item from our store location, located at: 1638 Kathleen Rd. Lakeland FL, 33805.
Returns: Sky Powersports of Lakeland will accept returns only in cases where the item arrives to the buyer and is not as described in the auction, and where defects/damage are not caused by shipping. Seller must be notified via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the item, and the item must be returned to seller within 7 days in the same condition it was received, with return shipping paid for by buyer. Refunds will be given as money back for full cost paid for item minus shipping. Returns for any other reason will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Sky Powersports of Lakeland, however seller must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the item in regards to any issues with the item.
