Please make sure your shipping address is showed under “ship to” section on Paypal transaction before you submit the payment. There is a 8.75 % sales tax applied to California shipment.
Payment is required within 7 days of the end of the auction. We will send a payment notification to you after receiving the payment.
Free shipping is for US domestic 48 states only.
We ship Mid-size item to US domestic 48 states and Canada with FedEx. (For small size items, we will ship them with USPS).
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as our customer’s payment is cleared (within 1-3 business days). Normally it takes 1-6 business days to domestic address and 5-7 business days to Canada. We will send an email of "item shipped" with tracking number to our customers when item are shipped out.
We do not ship to International countries (except Canada)
If our customer is located in HI, AK, PR, GU, VI, or he wants the item be shipped to PO box, APO or FPO, we will ship the item with USPS only.
No local pick-up service at present.

*Customers will obtain an RMA (Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number issued by us before return. Item must be returned and arrived within 14 days after RMA number is issued. RMA number must be clearly written down on the package.
*Item need to be returned first before sending replacement or refund.
