WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS UNLESS ITEM IS DESTROYED.  We make sure that our items are as described when being packaged. They are carefully packaged and shipped from our location.  Damage during the shipping process is beyond our control.  Please contact us and let us know if damage has been done.  Upon notifying us, we may require the item be returned or pictures of the damage be sent to us before issuing credit.  We DO NOT issue credit if you decide you bid on the wrong item.
