  1. Worked great when on machine
  2. No cracks or breaks 
  3. Rim has no flat spots or bends
  4. Wheel spins true
  5. No broken, bent, or missing spokes
  6. All spokes are tight
  7. Spokes are not seized or stripped
  8. Hub has some minor rust inside
  9. No grooves or excessive wear on hub where brake shoes touch
  10. Bearings spin smoothly and have been freshly re-packed
  11. Bearings are tight in hub
  12. Some scuffs and scratches
  13. All threads are good
  14. Not repaired anywhere
  15. Wheel is clean
  16. Rim size is a 16 x 1.40
