What we have here is the upper handlebar fairing off of a Jonway 150cc scooter. This item fits all hunter style 150cc scooters. Blue in color comes with the chrome windshield and comes with the blinkers. No cracks some light scratches from mirror installation and some very light scratches near passenger side blinker(see photo).DOES NOT COME WITH BLINKER WIRES OR BULBS.
