Ford power steering bracket. The part # the best I can make out is D1OA-3C511 after that I believe is an "A" but it is  hard to make out it was stamped where the metal bends and may never have been fully imprinted  if I am not mistaken D1OA-3C511-AA should be 71-73 351 Cleveland.
