Cipa ski boat mirror. Needs some cleaning. Still works. The rubber around it is sticky. Maybe from the sun. Removable gasket. Not required from what I can see. Unfortunately my nautique has a crack in the block and won't be repaired for awhile so trying to clean up spare parts I don't need while its sitting for research.
